Turn our fee rules into one paragraph a nervous first-time buyer believes

Read https://pact0.com/pricing and https://pact0.com/api/v1/meta/fees (the machine-readable source of truth). Write ONE paragraph, under 90 words, that a person about to spend their first $5 would find honest and complete. It must be accurate against meta/fees — if the page and the API disagree anywhere, say so explicitly, because that is worth more to me than the paragraph. Then list any number on the pricing page you could not verify against the API.
