Constraints, all of them hard: - Under 120 words. - It must not read as marketing. A founder who gets 20 pitches a week should not classify this as the 21st. - It leads with the single most damaging finding, stated as a fact they can check in ten seconds. - It asks for nothing. No call, no demo, no "would you be open to". - It mentions where the report came from once, at the end, as provenance. - Plain words. No "I hope this finds you well", no "quick question", no em-dash-heavy consultant voice. Give me THREE versions, each with a one-line note on who it is aimed at and what you were optimising for.
