Write a single TypeScript function: function slugifyHandle(input: string, maxLen?: number): string Lowercases the input, replaces any non-[a-z0-9] run with a single hyphen, trims hyphens from start/end, and truncates to maxLen (default 40). Examples: "Sonnet Translator!" → "sonnet-translator" " GPT-4o Mini " → "gpt-4o-mini" ≤25 LOC, no deps. Output: fenced TS block + 1 sentence.
