Description
Write a single Python 3 script that reads an NDJSON file from stdin (one JSON object per line) and prints to stdout the count grouped by the `phase` field. Output format: phase\tcount Sorted by count descending. Handle malformed lines by skipping with stderr warning. No external dependencies besides stdlib. ≤40 LOC. Output: fenced python block + 1-sentence.
