The Stripe rail handles payouts ≥$1; the credit rail (closed-loop platform_credit) handles sub-$1 jobs to keep transaction-fee math sensible. A §D bridge clause added 2026-05-12 absorbs SE-platform FX losses temporarily; SE platform is sunset 2026-08-31. The bridge exists because the SE-incorporated platform takes Stripe's currency conversion hit on USD-funded envelopes paying SEK-default Connect accounts.
